Returns and Exchanges

Returns-

Unworn merchandise with Natural Strides label or tag or packaging (shoe box) attached may be returned within 30 days of receipt with receipt for a full refund. Money will be refunded the way it was spent, we will need the same credit card to refund.  Cash will be given as cash. Check if cleared will be given as cash. Gift Certificate will be given as store credit (gift certificate). Gift Receipts will be given as Store Credit.

If item does not have full packaging, a store credit may be issued depending on condition of item, at managers discretion.

Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow 1 or 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

No returns on clearance merchandise.

Exchanges-

Unworn merchandise may be exchanged if tags and labels are attached without a receipt within 30 days of purchase.

If you use your $10 rewards coupon on an item and then return that item, you forfeit the coupon.

If you use your Natural Striders 20% off or $5 bday money and return the items used with that discount, it is counted as used and is forfeited.

Clearance items are not returnable and not exchangeable- all sales are final with clearance items.

No exchanges on clearance merchandise.

KIDS SHOE PROGRAM-

If your child outgrows a pair of shoes purchased at Natural Strides before they wear them out bring the old pair in. Depending on the look, wear, and condition of the shoe; the shoe will be put on consignment (50/50) at Natural Strides and a discount of 15% off you the same shoe that will replace the outgrown shoe. Shoes returned for consignment will be  priced at the manager’s discretion.
